Which operating systems are compatible with TuneUp Utilities Business Edition?

TuneUp Utilities Business Edition supports Windows® XP from SP 2 or higher, Windows® Vista and Windows® 7 (32 and 64 bit). Other operating systems are not supported.

A Volume License is a multi user serial key that can be programmed for a specified amount of seats across your network.

Who can buy a volume license?

Volume licensing can be purchased by companies, as well as government and educational institutions.

Is it possible to purchase a volume license as an individual?

No, the volume license program is not available to home users or private consumers.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, the minimum order quantity is 11 seats.

In our company there are some people working on several PCs. Is it sufficient when we are purchasing one license per employee?

No, the number of licenses is dependent of the PC working stations and not per user.

What is a “Silent Installation”?

The installation process of the software runs without the interaction of the user. Therefore it is necessary to use special call parameters in the setup process. For higher seat volume licenses it is a big advantage to use the silent installation because you avoid filling in the product key manually on every workstation. If you are interested in using the silent installation, please let us know when ordering, we will send you all of the information needed.

How can I receive the new version of TuneUp Utilities?

If you have an existing volume license from a previous version of TuneUp Utilities, you can order the current version for a special upgrade price.

How long is the period of validity when ordering a volume license?

The TuneUp Utilities licenses are perpetual and therefore valid without any time limitations. All product updates are included for your purchased version.

How do I order a volume license?

After your enquiry is submitted the price of your volume license will be calculated and you will receive a quote via email. When you are ready to order, simply respond to the quote email and your order will be processed.

When you want to use the silent installation please do also mention this. In this case we will send you a separate download link and guidance for using it.

How long is the duration of my order?

Depending on the workload the handling of your order can take up to 2 working days (48 hours).

What does the delivery include?

You receive a volume license certificate including your serial number vaild for the number of ordered seats and a download link via email.

When you want to use the silent installation we will also send you the instructions for using it.

How can I pay?

You can pay via wire transfer or paypal. Customers from North America can also send a check to our US office.

Yes, you receive generally an invoice after the delivery, which can be paid within 30 days.

How do I install TuneUp Utilities?

Please follow the download link and download the software. Uninstall a possibly existing previous version of TuneUp Utilities. Install the new version and enter the license key.

You do not need to reinstall TuneUp Utilities. Please use the received license key to activate the software.
