1.1 What is the TuneUp partner programme?

The TuneUp partner programme allows you to earn money via your website by placing an ad for TuneUp Utilities™ 2012. For you this means that whenever a customer buys our product after clicking on a TuneUp ad on your website, you receive a commission of up to 40% on the sale.

1.2 How can I join the TuneUp partner programme?

To take part in the TuneUp partner programme, you must register with one of our Affiliate networks and apply for the TuneUp partner programme through that. It usually takes us less than 48 hours to process your application.

1.3 What requirements must my website meet in order to be accepted?

Your website will not be accepted if:

• the site is empty;
• the site is not available for testing;
• the site is still under construction;
• the site includes an offence under German law or against the principles and values of our company (racism, violence, pornography, drugs, radical political opinions etc.)

Irrespective of the above points, TuneUp reserves the right to accept or decline a partner site without providing any explanation.

1.9 Do I have obligations as a partner?

No! You are free to decide, how, when and where you promote TuneUp. There is no minimum sales obligation either. You are only bound by the statutory general terms and conditions to handle advertising material properly.

2.1 How much can I earn as a TuneUp partner?

You will receive a solid base payment of 25% per sale plus attractive staggered commission:

• Up to £650 monthly turnover - Basic commission of 25% per sale
• Monthly turnover £650 and above - increase to 30% per sale
• Monthly turnover £1,300 and above - increase to 35% per turnover
• Monthly turnover £1,800 and above - increase to 40% per sale

2.2 When will I be paid?

Partners are paid fully through the Affiliate networks. As a rule, payment is made once a month, if the partner exceeds one of the payment thresholds set by the respective platform. You can find out more details on this directly from the relevant network.

TuneUp offers you an extensive range of high-quality, successful advertisements. You can choose between text hyperlinks, teasers, box shots, flash advertising and banners in various formats.
