Question: What TuneUp Reseller programs are there?
There are two reseller programs: "Authorized Reseller" and "Premium Reseller". They can help you set yourself apart from the competition.
You will receive a certified logo corresponding to your reseller program that will identify you as an authorized TuneUp Reseller. Using the logo in client communications helps you to build an image of trust.
Signing on automatically designates you as an "Authorized Reseller". If you maintain sales of 30 units or more per month for at least 3 months, you can become a "Premium Reseller" and benefit from additional premium services.

Question: What conditions do I have to meet to become a TuneUp Reseller?
It is easy to become a TuneUp Reseller. All we need is your business licence and your reseller registration. Within 48 hours your account manager will send confirmation by email that your account has been activated. At the same time you will receive your personal access details and other important information.
You can sign up here to become a TuneUp Reseller. Please send your business licence with your reseller registration ID to reseller(at)tuneup.de.
Question: How can I become a Premium Reseller?
You begin your work with us as an "Authorized Reseller". The bigger your commitment to TuneUp, the quicker you can become a "Premium Reseller".
Once you sign up as a TuneUp Reseller, you will receive an interactive PDF document that you can use to apply for "Premium Reseller" status. Application is possible as soon as you make a monthly purchase of 30 units or more for at least three months. As a "Premium Reseller" you receive a "Premium Reseller" logo and benefit from additional programs.

As long as you have a legally registered business, you can sign up here to become a TuneUp Reseller.
Once you have signed up, we will check your data. Your account manager will send you an email to confirm activation of your account. You will also receive your personal access details and more information about our reseller programs.
Question: What information / benefits do I receive after successful sign-up?
Once you have successfully signed up as a TuneUp Reseller, you will receive information about how to access our online store. Here, you will be able to order your TuneUp products 24/7. We recommend that you add a link to the online store to your browser favourites to make it easier in the future to place your orders.
Later you will receive your TuneUp Reseller logo, information on marketing material and how to get in touch with your account manager.
Question: How are TuneUp products delivered?
TuneUp products are marketed worldwide through ESD (Electronic Software Distribution). You provide your customers with a link to download the trial version of the product and a product key for each product ordered. The product keys will be delivered once you have completed your order in the Online Store.
Question: What reseller products can I purchase?
As a TuneUp Reseller you can order the following TuneUp Utilities licences and market them to your customers through ESD (Electronic Software Distribution):
TuneUp Utilities Product Key List: You receive a list of product keys which you assign individually and independently to different customers. This product is ideal for end customers with their own individual PCs.
TuneUp Utilities Volume Licence: For each volume licence, you receive a single licence key that is valid for the number of seats that you specified in your order. The volume licence must be updated with the name of your client. Use this product when a client wants to licence TuneUp Utilities for several PCs.
Question: What are the prices for reseller products?
Depending on the number of licences you purchase, you can receive up to 45% discount on the regular price of our products. The exact prices are shown in the area of your individualized Reseller online store.
Question: How does purchasing from TuneUp work?
As a TuneUp Reseller you sign in at the online store using your personal access data. You can then specify the number of product keys you want. Now finalize your purchase.
The price per licence and the running total will automatically be calculated during the order process.
Once you have completed your order you will receive a list of product keys corresponding to the number you ordered.
Question: How does it work when I sell to my customers?
As a TuneUp Reseller you offer TuneUp products for sale in your (online) store.
Your customer orders the product he or she wants. As part of the purchasing process, you provide the customer with a link to download the product, as well as the corresponding product key from the product key list. Depending on your webstore software, transfer of the licence key can be done either automatically or manually by e-mail.
Please note that each product key is only issued once, otherwise your customer's installation will fail.
Question: How does it work when my customers purchase products in my store?
Your customer purchases the desired product in your (online) store.
Once the purchase is completed, the customer gets the download link for the installation file along with the corresponding product key.
After TuneUp Utilities 2012 has been downloaded and installed, your customer will be asked to enter the product key to unlock the software and get access to all of its features.
Question: What service and support do I get as a TuneUp Reseller?
As a TuneUp Reseller you always have the support of your account manager who personally takes care of you and offers advice on how to reach your turnover goals. Simply contact your account manager by e-mail.
In addition, four times a year you will receive the TuneUp Reseller newsletter, with news about product updates, sales campaigns and incentives as well as new marketing material.

If your customers have problems with our products, they can turn to our end user technical support. Our online support area provides your customer with instant answers to all of the frequently asked questions about our products as well as access to the right person.
